Gail has been making jewelry since 1996. She started beading as a way to
keep her hands busy while watching television. She started with simple beaded
and hemp necklaces and bracelets, and quickly learned cold connection techniques that
allowed her to work with silver and gold chain. Gail owned a bead and art shop
(ArtSpace) for five years. Her interests today include stained glass, slumped and
fused glass, metal clay, and enameling.
Kimber met Gail in 1998. Gail got her interested in jewelry making shortly after.
Kimber is interested in jewelry, metal work, lampworking, polymer clay, metal clay,
and glass fusing. Kimber is also the computer geek behind the Moon Essense web site.
